  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the theplas on both sides until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.

Cooking Tips

  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less chili powder.
  • To make the theplas softer, you can add a little milk to the dough.
  • If the dough is too dry, add a little water to make it easier to knead.
