Ingredients for Bajra Methi Poori Recipe

  • 1 cup Bajra flour
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Methi leaves
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger green chilli paste
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop fresh methi leaves.

  • STEP 1.Make a paste of ginger and green chilli paste.

step 3

  • STEP 2.In a bowl add bajra flour and wheat flour.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Then add methi leaves,ajwain and salt as per taste.

step 5

  • STEP 4.Now add turmeric,red chilli & coriander powder.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add ginger green chilli paste and 2 tbsp oil.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Knead and add water and make a dough.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Make balls and flatten the dough.

step 11

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 12

  • STEP 1.Flip & fry the poori at high flame from both the sides.
