- 1 cup Bajra flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Methi leaves
- As required Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoon Oil

How to Make Bajra Methi Poori Recipe
Chop fresh methi leaves.
Make a paste of ginger and green chilli paste.
In a bowl add bajra flour and wheat flour.
Then add methi leaves,ajwain and salt as per taste.
Now add turmeric,red chilli & coriander powder.
Add ginger green chilli paste and 2 tbsp oil.
Knead and add water and make a dough.
Make balls and flatten the dough.
Add oil in a pan & heat it.
Flip & fry the poori at high flame from both the sides.
