Ingredients for Bajra Aloo Roti Recipe

  • 1.25 cup millet flour
  • 2 No.s Potatoes
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil potatoes and peel them off.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Take a bowl,add bajra flour,ajwain, coriander powder,cumin powder & red chilli powder.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grate boiled potatoes into it

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add hot water,knead and make a soft dough.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Make balls of the dough and flatten it into small thick rotis.
  • STEP 6.Heat tawa and place the roti over it .flip and cook from both the sides at medium flame.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with chutney.
