Ingredients for baigan ka bharta Recipe

  • 1/2 nos big brinjal
  • 1 nos chopped onions
  • 3/4 nos chopped tomato
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander

Directions: Baigan Ka Bharta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly wash and grill the brinjal well.
  • STEP 2.Now peel the brun skin.
  • STEP 3.and mash with masher.
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil well and add cumin seeds and onion.
  • STEP 5.Cook onion until golden brown, now add tomatoes.
  • STEP 6.Now add dry spices. and cook until oil becomes separate.
  • STEP 7.Now add roasted and mashed brinjal.
  • STEP 8.And cook for 5 times more.
  • STEP 9.Now add chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati.
