Ingredients for Baigan ka bharta Recipe

  • 1/4 nos larg baingan
  • 0.13 tsp oil for geasing
  • 1.25 tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.13 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp Ginger
  • As required garlic past
  • 1/2 tsp green chopped chilli
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Meat Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 nos chopped tomatoes
  • As required Salt to tast and
  • 0.13 tsp dry mango powder
  • As required Chopped coriander for garnish

Directions: Baigan Ka Bharta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grease the baingan with oil and rost it over an open flam till is cooked. coll and Pell the skin.mash the pulp thoroughly and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat the ghee in a pan,add the cumin seeds, add the ginger garlic past and saute for a few seconds.
  • STEP 3.Add onion and saute till the turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, kasmiri red chilli powder, meat masala powder and till the mixture leaves oil.
  • STEP 5.Add the mashed baingan, garam masala powder, and dry mango powder and Salt, mix well and cook 5-10 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
