  • 1 kilogram Muttons
  • 750 gram Rice
  • 6 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Beef cube or powder
  • 1 tablespoon Papaya paste
  • 3 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 big tomatoes slices
  • 5-6 Green chillies
  • 1 inch piece Julian cut Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Mint and coriander leaf
  • As required Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Orange food color
  • 1/4 cup Milk warm
  • 1 teaspoon Kewra essence
  • 2-3 teaspoon Ghee
  • 3-4 Water

How to Make Badshahi Biryani Recipe

STEP 01

First wash and soak rice.

STEP 02

Then fry sliced onions to a golden brown color.

STEP 03

Soak saffron in water.

STEP 04

Now grind ginger, red chilies, garlic and almonds and fry these in butter.

STEP 05

Add it to the mutton and salt and stir for five minutes.

STEP 06

Now add water and cook on low flame until meat becomes tender and regarding one cup of gravy is left.

STEP 07

Boil rice with salt in another pan.

STEP 08

Put curd into a chunk of cloth artifact and let the water drain away.

STEP 09

Add cloves, cardamoms, cumin seed, mint leaves, sliced chilies and coriander in drained curd.

STEP 10

Strain the saffron water and add juice.

STEP 11

Add all this to mutton.

STEP 12

Sprinkle half the poached rice over the mutton so unfold a layer of cooked onion or rice once more.

STEP 13

Now pour milk and a few butter and canopy the vessel.

STEP 14

Seal the sides of the pan with flour paste.

STEP 15

Place the will on flame for one hour.

STEP 16

Serve it extremely popular with some curry.
