  • 1 cup Roasted chana dal
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powdered or crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Ghee

  • STEP 1.In a chopper add 1 cup roasted chana dal, ¼ cup almonds and blend to a smooth powder. To this add ¼ jaggery, powdered or crushed, 1 tsp cardamom powder and blend again until powdered.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Transfer this powdered mixture to a mixing bowl and add ¼ cup ghee. Mix well till the ghee is fully combined with the powder and shape into ladoos by pressing tightly into shape in the palm of the hand and rolling between palms.
