Ingredients for Badam Ladoo Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 25 milliliter Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.38 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened khova
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coconut powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions: Badam Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak almonds for 4-5 hours
  • STEP 2.In a mixer add 1 cup of cashew nuts, 1cup of soaked almonds, 100ml milk and grind to form a fine paste, keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In a pot, add 4tbsp of water and sugar to prepare a sugar syrup, boil until sugar is dissolved and then add the paste prepared earlier.
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tbsp of ghee, 1 cup of khova, coconut powder, 1tsp of cardamom powder, 1tbsp of ghee and combine everything well.
  • STEP 5.Now take out the prepared mix in a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Grease your palms with ghee and prepare small ladoos/ balls.
  • STEP 7.Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced almonds.
