  • STEP 2.Peel the soaked almonds and grind them into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring milk to a boil.
  • STEP 4.Add the almond paste and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with more saffron strands and serve warm or chilled.
