Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak almonds in hot water for 30 minutes, then peel off the skin.
  • STEP 2.Grind the peeled almonds into a fine paste.
  • STEP 3.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add the almond paste and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot or chilled.
