Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak almonds in hot water for 30 minutes, then peel off the skin.
  • STEP 2.Grind the peeled almonds into a smooth paste using a blender.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add the almond paste. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves completely.
  • STEP 5.Pour in milk gradually while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 6.Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped almonds and serve warm or chilled.
