STEP 1.In a bowl knead the dough of refined flour,2 tbsp ghee ,milk as required.make a semi soft dough ,cover it and keep it aside
STEP 2.In a bowl mix coarse powder of almond and pista,to this add roasted Bengal gram flour,powdered sugar,saffron strings,cardamom powder.
STEP 3.Now in a pan saute khoya till it forms a lump on low flame ,switch off the flame.
STEP 4.When khoya comes to room temperature add this khoya to the above mixture of almond ,pista powder in bowl.mix all well
STEP 5.The stuffing for ghaari is ready
STEP 6.With rolling pin roll rotis from refined flour dough fill the above prepared stuffing of GHAARI to it,make potlis out of it,ghaaris are ready to fry
STEP 7.Seal the top of this potlis properly
STEP 8.Now in a pan heat melted ghee ,on low to medium flame in this pan deep fry the prepared ghaaris till golden
STEP 9.Take these ghaaris out let it come to room temperature
STEP 10.Now in a bowl mix unmelted ghee with icing sugar
STEP 11.After it cover the top of ghaaris with mixture of unmelted ghee and icing sugar
STEP 12.Garnish these ghaaris with grated almond and pista
STEP 13.Serve it
