Ingredients for Baby Potato Curry Leaf Recipe

  • 20 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 10 No.s Shallots
  • 6 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Dry red chilli
  • 1.50 Curry leaves handful
  • 1 cup Baby Potatoes
  • 2 glass Water
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard and urad
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Baby Potato Curry Leaf Recipe

  • STEP 1.Crush garlic and shallots separately with the crusher.

  • STEP 2.Add 2 glass water in a cooker and boil baby potatoes for 2 whistles.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add 3 tbsp oil in a pot and heat it. Add peppercorns, cumin, dry red chillies, curry leaves and saute for 3 minutes. Grind the mixture into powder and add 3 tbsp, mustard, urad dal, crushed garlic, shallots, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes and salt heat it for 5 minutes.
