Ingredients for Baby corn masala curry Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces For gravy onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1.50 Pieces arlic cloves
  • 1/4 Pieces Small piece of mace
  • 1/4 Pieces black cardmum
  • 1/4 Pieces reen cardmum
  • 0.13 Pieces in ch cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.06 cup Broken cashews
  • 1/4 g sp green chilly paste
  • 1/4 g sp ginger paste
  • 50 gms Baby corn
  • 1/4 Tsp Sp coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp sp chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Sp Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp sp garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sp oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 0.13 Tsp Sp sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp sp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 Tsp sp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • As Required Cream to garnish

Directions: Baby Corn Masala Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop baby corn,heat oil in a pan add chopped baby corn and pinch salt and saute it till soft.
  • STEP 2.Grind all ingredients for gravy with very little water to smooth.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil add bay leaf and saute till moisture evaporates and leaves oil on edges add masala powders,salt mix it cook for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and kasuri methi and baby corn mix it well add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 5.Baby corn masala curry is ready to serve with roti/rice.
