STEP 1.Wash 1 lb baby bok choy heads and dry them. Cut them in halves.

STEP 1.Put a wok on medium heat, add 3 tbsp oil, 6 whole cloves garlic roughly smashed, 6 slices of ginger and stir fry on high heat for 20 to 30 seconds till fragrant.

STEP 1.Add 1lb baby bok choy cut in half lengthwise and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

STEP 1.Then add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tsp salt and toss well together. Turn off the heat. Bok choy is ready to serve.
