Cheesy scrambled eggs, creamy avocado, crispy chorizo, buttery muenster, and sharp white cheddar are piled high and then grilled between two thick pieces of white bread. The crisp exterior is the perfect envelope to the creamy, crispy and gooey interior. Don't like chorizo? Don't worry You could swap it out for crispy bacon or mojo pork.
