How to Make Avalose Podi Recipe
Take in a vessel 1kg of powdered rice, 2 whole coconuts grated, 3tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of salt.
Mix the ingredients well and keep it aside for ½ hour.
Heat the entire mixture on the stove with a medium flame.
Continue stirring until the mix gets a light brown shade.
You can take lesser quantities of the ingredients for better convenience.
