  • 1.50 cup Aval/Poha
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Milk

Directions: Aval Nanachathu Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take into a bowl, 1 ½ cup of aval/poha, ½ cup of grated coconut, ¼ cup of jaggery syrup, ¼ tsp of cardamom powder and 2 tbsp warm milk.
  • STEP 2.Mix the ingredients well.
  • STEP 3.Cover the bowl with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes to make it more soft.
  • STEP 4.Serve after 15 minutes soft and tasty aval nanachathu..
