Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine dried chilies, garlic, onion, vinegar, oregano, cumin, cloves, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Place the meat in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it. Rub the marinade into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
