  • 1/4-0.38 pound True aussie tenderloin, can sub another cut of aussie beef if desired
  • 4 ounce Spring mix or mixed greens
  • 0.38 cup Blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries, i used a combination of all 3
  • 0.13 Cucumber, cut into rounds
  • 0.06 Red onion, sliced thin
  • As required Feta cheese, for topping optional
  • 0.13 cup Olive or avocado oil
  • 0.08 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4-1/2 Pitted dates, use 2 if your strawberries aren't very sweet
