Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Slice the aubergines into thin rounds and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to remove any bitterness.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the aubergine slices in batches until golden brown and crispy.
