  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the flattened rice in water for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, melt jaggery with a little water to make a syrup.
  • STEP 3.Add the soaked flattened rice to the jaggery syrup and cook until it thickens.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with roasted nuts and serve warm or chilled.
