  • 1/4 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.19 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup 2-2.5 cup
  • 0.06 cup Ghee

Directions: Atta Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble all ingredients
  • STEP 2.Put water for boiling.
  • STEP 3.In moderately heated pan, add ghee, then add wheat flour and roast under low to medium flame till Color of flour changes and we start getting the nutty aroma.
  • STEP 4.Keep stirring continuously while roasting.
  • STEP 5.Now add hot water and keep stirring to avoid lumps, gradually water evaporates and flour thickens. Add sugar, let sugar melt and cook for 3-4 minutes and sugar incorporates well with flour and Halwa thickens.
