  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the pork with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook until it turns brown on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and a little water. Cover and cook until the pork is tender.
