Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  • STEP 2.Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the marinade over it. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
