Ingredients for Asian Glazed Chicken Wings Recipe

  • 0.33 pound Chicken Wings
  • 1/25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/25 cup Honey
  • 0.17 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 0.17 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

Directions: Asian Glazed Chicken Wings Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sriracha, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Place the chicken wings in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • STEP 4.Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them on the wire rack.
  • STEP 5.Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.While the wings are baking, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 7.Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the thickened glaze.
  • STEP 8.Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  • STEP 9.Remove from the oven and let the wings cool slightly before serving.
  • STEP 10.Serve the Asian glazed chicken wings hot as an appetizer or main dish.

  • Serve the wings with a side of rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
