Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and tender.
  • STEP 3.Add minced garlic and chopped artichoke hearts to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Stir well to combine.
