Ingredients for Arroz Tapado Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 No.s chopped onion
  • 450 gram ground beef
  • 1 No.s hard boiled egg

Directions: Arroz Tapado Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. saute garlic in a pan and add water, chicken bouillon, salt and mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 1. now add rice to the pan and let it cook.

step 3

  • STEP 1.in a bowl mix all your spices.

step 4

  • STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and cook onions in it for 3-4 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add garlic, meat, spice mix and combine everything well.

step 6

  • STEP 1. grease a glass dish and layer, rice, sliced egg and cooked meet in it and de mould it.
