  • 1 Medium carrots, finely diced
  • 4 ounce Green beans, trimmed and quartered
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.50 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded, ribbed and thinly sliced
