  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the raw bananas into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped raw bananas and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cover and cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
