  • 0.33 cup spring onions chopped
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 0.17 tsp chopped garlic
  • 0.17 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 0.33 tsp chopped Green Chilli
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Jeera
  • 0.17 tsp Ajwain
  • As required Hing a pinch
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Apring Onion Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.It is necessary to clean the Spring onions thoroughly before chopping them
  • STEP 2.It's better to Soak them in water for 10 minutes
  • STEP 3.Later chop them according to your wish
  • STEP 4.Mix all ingredients except oil
  • STEP 5.Add 1 tbsp of water
  • STEP 6.Mix the ingredients properly so as to make a smooth mixture
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan
  • STEP 8.Drop the mixture with spoon or shape into roundels and then a them in oil
  • STEP 9.Flip and cook evenly on all sides
  • STEP 10.Cook till they are golden brown on all sides
  • STEP 11.Remove on a tissue paper
  • STEP 12.Serve with sauces of your choice
