Cooking Tips

  • Choose firm and tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for the stuffing.
  • If you don't have kitchen twine, you can use toothpicks to secure the rolled tenderloin.
  • To check the internal temperature of the pork, use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin.
  • Letting the tenderloin rest after cooking allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a juicier and more flavorful meat.

Storage and Serving

  • Leftover apple-stuffed pork tenderloin can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, place the sliced pork in a baking dish, cover with foil, and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
  • Serve the apple-stuffed pork tenderloin as a main dish with roasted vegetables or a side salad for a complete meal.
