  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together diced apples, chopped hazelnuts, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Butterfly the pork loin by cutting it lengthwise, leaving one side intact.
  • STEP 4.Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the pork loin, then roll it up tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
