This is my kids favourite halwa ,as apples are available in all seasons and its quick easy delicious ,i have added crumble of pedas here instead of khoya as i had lot of pedas
Ingredients for Apple halwa with lachedar rabdi Recipe
1 Pieces Apple
1/4 cup crumble of peda
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 cup Milk
0.13 cup Ghee
1 tbsp whole sugar
1/2 tbsp Grated almond
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tbsp Grated nuts
1/4 tbsp Tutti frutti
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Milk powder
Directions: Apple Halwa With Lachedar Rabdi Recipe
STEP 1.Firstly make crumble of pedas
STEP 2.Peel the apples grate it
STEP 3.Take a pan then heat ghee,saute grated apple for 5 minutes
STEP 4.Now another pan boil milk 2 cups reduce it to half ,to make lachedar rabdi
STEP 5.Now in the pan of grated apple add 1 cup milk and stir on low flame till milk gets absorbed.
STEP 6.Then add sugar 2 tbsp and milk powder to the pan of milk in lachedar rabdi and stir it on low flame.
STEP 7.Then once the milk added to grated apple gets absorbed add crumble of peda to it mix all well.
STEP 8.Then add whole sugar to it .stir till mixture begans to form lump .,add cardamom powder and grated almonds .
STEP 9.Switch off the flame when halwa leaves sides of pan.
STEP 10.Now fill this halwa in a bowl .
STEP 11.Add grated nuts and add tutti frutti in lachedar rabdi ,mix all well ,add pinch cardamom powder too.mix it ,lachedar rabdi is ready.
STEP 12.Now in serving dish unmould the apple halwa pour lachedar rabdi on it and serve it hot
