Ingredients for Apple Halwa Recipe

  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 1/2 Nos lemon juice
  • 4 Nos apple
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 20-25 Nos cashews
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions: Apple Halwa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add half lemon juice into the water

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cut the apple into pieces without removing the peel.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add one cup of water and grind apple into a paste

step 5

  • STEP 4.1.add ghee in a pan & heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 5.2.fry cashews for few seconds

step 7

  • STEP 6.3.using the same ghee and pan add apple paste and cook it at medium flame

step 8

  • STEP 7.4.after 5 mins add sugar and mix

step 9

  • STEP 8.5.cook it at medium flame for 10 mins

step 10

  • STEP 9.6.add a pinch of salt and fried cashews.

step 11

  • STEP 10.7.now add cardamom powder.

step 12

  • STEP 11.8.mix well and rest it for 1 hour.
