Ingredients for Apple & Carrot Chutney. Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Apples
  • 1 Pieces Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
  • As Required Little salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions: Apple & Carrot Chutney. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the apples into medium pieces.
  • STEP 2.Wash and peel the carrots and chop into medium pieces.
  • STEP 3.In a kadai take oil and add chopped apples and chopped carrots.
  • STEP 4.Add all masalas and water and cover and cook on medium flame till carrots and apples turn soft andIts vegan mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add sugar and mix well and cook till it is dissolved.
  • STEP 6.Let the mixture cool completely.
  • STEP 7.Add the mixture to a grinder and make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 8.Your yummy and healthy chutney is ready to serve.
  • STEP 9.Serve with Roti, Paratha, Chips or Apply on bread.
