Ingredients for Apple And Bokchoy Salad Recipe

  • As required Ingredients for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet and chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • As required Ingredients for salad
  • 1 Nos Bok choy cut into strips
  • 1 Nos Apple julienned
  • 1 Nos Carrot julienned
  • 1 Nos Onion sliced
  • As required Sesame seeds to garnish

Directions: Apple And Bokchoy Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make the dressing, in a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar. Whisk together till well incorporated.
  • STEP 2.For the salad, in a large mixing bowl add 1 head of bok choy cut into strips, 1 apple julienned, 1 carrot julienned, 1 onion sliced. Toss the ingredients together.
  • STEP 3.Add a few dollops,as desired, of the dressing to the salad.
  • STEP 4.Using a fork and spoon, toss the ingredients together to well coat the vegetables.
  • STEP 5.Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve with toast and soup as a light dinner.
