How to Make Apple And Bokchoy Salad Recipe

STEP 01

To make the dressing, in a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar. Whisk together till well incorporated.

STEP 02

For the salad, in a large mixing bowl add 1 head of bok choy cut into strips, 1 apple julienned, 1 carrot julienned, 1 onion sliced. Toss the ingredients together.

STEP 03

Add a few dollops,as desired, of the dressing to the salad.

STEP 04

Using a fork and spoon, toss the ingredients together to well coat the vegetables.

STEP 05

Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve with toast and soup as a light dinner.
