  • 1/2 cup Apple diced
  • 3 Dates pitted Nos
  • 4 No.s Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon Instant oats

Directions: Apple Almond Date Smoothie Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.in the jar of the blender, add 1/2cup diced apple, 4 almonds, 3 pitted dates, 1 tsp of flaxseed, 2 tsp instant oats.

step 2

  • STEP 1.add only ¼ cup of milk at first which helps to blend the dates and flaxseeds to a smooth paste.

step 3

  • STEP 1.then add another ¼ cup of milk or yogurt and blend to combine all the ingredients together.

step 4

  • STEP 1.pour into a glass and serve as breakfast or an after school snack.
