  • 2 cups rice soaked in watr for hours.
  • 2 cup Oneurad dal with methi dana soaked i water for hours.

Directions: Appam From Kerala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Post soaking in water grind together the ice and urad dal.
  • STEP 2.Mix well with hand and leave for fermenting for 8 hurs in warm place
  • STEP 3.In the morning heat the appam pan and line it with oil.
  • STEP 4.Add salt to the batter and mis.
  • STEP 5.With a cup pour batter i the appam pan
  • STEP 6.close with metalic lid.
  • STEP 7.with the handle move the batter alongside the walls of appam pan.
  • STEP 8.When done remove gently with apstula.
