  • STEP 2.Let the flowers steep for about 10 minutes until the water turns blue.
  • STEP 3.Strain the flowers and discard them, keeping the blue liquid.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • STEP 5.Let the sherbet cool in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 6.Serve the sherbet over ice and squeeze some lime juice for added flavor.
