Annavaram Prasadam is the holy offering to the Lord that is among the most delectable of Prasadams anywhere. So, if you are performing Satyanarayana Puja, or for that matter, any Puja at home, do make Prasadam the way it is made at Annavaram.

Ingredients for Annavaram Prasadam Recipe

  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2.50 gram Cashew nuts
  • 1.25 gram Raisins
  • 1.25 gram Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Wheat rava
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cup Black Jaggery

Directions: Annavaram Prasadam Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot, add ghee and partially fry cashew nuts, raisins and almonds.
  • STEP 2.Remove the dry fruits from the pan and keep aside. Add some more ghee to fry wheat rava, after 3-4 minutes add 3 cups of water and let the rava boil.
  • STEP 3.Once the wheat rava is cooked add cardamom powder and 2 cups of black jaggery, keep stirring in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add dry fruits fried earlier and when the consistency is good as per you.
  • STEP 5.Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
