Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Add the beef strips and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
