  • 1.50 cup Sugar
  • As required Water

Directions: Anko Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot add the red beans and 5 cups of water and boil them

  • STEP 2.Discard the water

  • STEP 3.In a clean pot add water and red beans

step 4

  • STEP 4.Simmer for ½ - 1hr until they are soft

step 5

  • STEP 5.Discard the water

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add sugar to the red beans and cook on medium heat

  • STEP 7.Keep mixing well together
