Ingredients for Anjeer Halwa Recipe

  • 1.25 cup dried figs
  • 3 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup blanched peeled almonds
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 5 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
  • As required a few Almond slivers

Directions: Anjeer Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the ghee in another pan, add the powdered almonds, mix well and cook on a medium flame. Stir.
  • STEP 2.Add the puréed figs, milk powder, sugar and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame and stir.
  • STEP 3.Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  • STEP 4.Serve hot garnished with almond slivers.
