  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the spice mix (anjaraipetti) and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tamarind pulp, salt, and water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add cooked vegetables of your choice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
