Ingredients for Angaakade Recipe

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 big spoon ghee
  • As required Salt

Directions: Angaakade Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a dough kneader utensil add wheat flour & gram flour.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add 1 big spoon of ghee & knead

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add salt as per taste,water and make a dough.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Take a big portion of the dough and make balls.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Flatten the dough with the palms and make a thick roti
  • STEP 6.Heat the chulha and cook the roti in it from the sides. once the roti is cooked put some ghee on the top and serve.
