An unique roti prepared from wheat flour & gram flour. Angakdi is thickr roti. When tempting to eat something new and different then I make these rotis

In a dough kneader utensil add wheat flour & gram flour.
Add 1 big spoon of ghee & knead
Add salt as per taste,water and make a dough.
Take a big portion of the dough and make balls.
Flatten the dough with the palms and make a thick roti
Heat the chulha and cook the roti in it from the sides. once the roti is cooked put some ghee on the top and serve.
