An unique roti prepared from wheat flour & gram flour. Angakdi is thickr roti. When tempting to eat something new and different then I make these rotis
STEP 3.Add salt as per taste,water and make a dough.

STEP 4.Take a big portion of the dough and make balls.

STEP 5.Flatten the dough with the palms and make a thick roti
STEP 6.Heat the chulha and cook the roti in it from the sides. once the roti is cooked put some ghee on the top and serve.
