STEP 2.Add 1 kg of Chicken, 1/2 cup of Curd and 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder.
STEP 3.Now add 1 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt and mix.
STEP 4.Let it sit for 30 minutes atleast.
STEP 5.Take a mixie jar, add 2 teaspoons of khas khas.
STEP 6.Add 2 teaspoons of Coriander Seeds and 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds.
STEP 7.Then add 10 Cloves, 5 cardamom, 3 to 4 Cinnamon Stick Pieces and 2 to 3 star anise pieces.
STEP 8.Powder them.
STEP 9.Spicy Chicken Gravy Masala is Ready.
STEP 10.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
STEP 11.Add 2 chopped onions and close lid.
STEP 12.Cook till onions turn transparent.
STEP 13.Now add 3 green chilies and mix.
STEP 14.Then add the marinated Chicken and mix.
STEP 15.Close lid and Cook on high flame till water starts to seep out of the Chicken.
STEP 16.After the chicken cooks for 5 to 6 minutes, add 2 teaspoons of chili powder and 1 teaspoon of Salt.
STEP 17.Mix it well.
STEP 18.Add the Prepared masala powder and mix it well.
STEP 19.Mix and Add the 1/2 cup of water.
STEP 20.Close lid and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
STEP 21.Now add some Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves.
STEP 22.Mix it well.
STEP 23.Cook till Required consistency of Gravy Obtained.
STEP 24.Cut off the Stove.
STEP 25.Spicy Chicken Curry Recipe is Ready to Serve.
