  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water, cover the pan, and let the chicken cook until tender and the gravy thickens.
