  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 teaspoon pomegranate powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

Directions: Anardan Chetin Recipe

  • STEP 1.To prepare the kashmiri anardana chetin formula (pomegranate seeds chutney), chop onion, swash coriander and mint leaves totally with water.
  • STEP 2.Chop them finely.
  • STEP 3.In a mixer jar, add pomegranate seeds, shredded onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, inexperienced chilies, chat masala, salt, and sugar.
  • STEP 4.Add water and grind them into a fine paste.
  • STEP 5.Add juice and mix them well.
  • STEP 6.Check for salt and change consequently.
  • STEP 7.Serve anardan chetin formula (pomegranate seeds chutney) as a dip for homespun idlis.
