  • 125 gram Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, gram flour, yogurt, and salt to make a marinade.
  • STEP 2.Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated fish fillets and fry them until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the fried fish fillets from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
